These terms describe the basic rules for using FC Careers Hub as a student, employer or college user.
Accounts & acceptable use
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their login credentials and use the platform only for lawful education, employability, recruitment and placement activities.
Student evidence & credentials
Career Passport, WorkProof, assessments, certificates and profile data should reflect genuine activity. Verification labels indicate the scope stated by FC Careers Hub and are not a guarantee of employment or professional licensure.
Employers & opportunities
Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and fairness of opportunities they submit. FC may review, reject or remove listings that are misleading, unsafe, discriminatory or request inappropriate payments from candidates.
Colleges & CampusOS
College visibility is limited to students who connect through the applicable College Code and the permissions supported by the platform. Colleges must use student information only for legitimate academic, employability and placement purposes.
Payments
Paid access is activated only after the platform receives valid payment confirmation from the configured payment provider. Pricing and plan inclusions displayed at checkout apply to that purchase.
Platform availability
Features may be updated for security, reliability or product improvement. FC Careers Hub does not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular employment, interview, admission or placement outcome.
